My first exhibition since covid started
Hello!
It is great to be exhibiting again, for the first time since Covid struck. There were around 200 people for the opening at KINOKINO so I guess people were really missing the art events. It was wonderful to have such a lovely turn-out.
The title of the exhibition is “Congruence” (KONGRUENS II). The artists are my colleagues and friends from the StationK studio community where I have my studio. They are Marianne Løvvik, Fie von Krogh, Inger Bruun, David Lamignan Larsen, Liv Eiene, Torill Brosten and Turi G. Oliver
Although we work in different techniques and express ourselves differently in this exhibition, the emphasis is placed on possible similarities, both in concrete terms and in a figurative sense.
Although Covid has prevented many exhibitions, lockdowns and other restrictions have given some creative people more time to investigate art and their adventurous side.
I have spent a lot of time investigating 3D art, digital art and 3D creative games.
Below is a selection of photos from the exhibition and I will do a post on the 3D stuff soon.
For this exhibition, I have been painting small watercolors from memory and I have painted an oil painting of a river trip in Laos.
