I love to give everyone a lovely surprise for their easter breakfast.
I always love to paint the eggs that we have for easter breakfast but sometimes I don’t have much time for the holiday decoration. This year I had to do some in a hurry. This is what I did.
I only use Indian ink for this project because it is waterproof. You can paint the eggs days in advance when you have some spare time. Then you can boil them when you like and you don’t have to worry about the decorations when you are preparing the Easter breakfast.
Punk looking eggs:
I did a little marbling experiment. I poured some ink into water, it will float on top of the surface, I then dropped a little dishwashing soap. It didn’t turn out like beautiful marbling so I only did two, but, they do look interesting! A bit Punk looking?
I was inspired by a video on youtube, have a look here if you are into experimenting too.
The result is some wonderful rock and roll decorated eggs that only took 5 minutes to paint!

Easter Breakfast:
This is my all time sandwich love: egg and caviar. It is not the very expensive Beluga caviar from Russia. You can use fish roe from salmon or cod or lots of other fish.
This caviar is made in Norway and it is not a typical Europen thing, but, I found some in a supermarket in Bangkok once so It can maybe be found anywhere. It is full of flavor, so a little jar goes a long, long way. I find it a wonderful way to give my family a very posh easter breakfast that is not expensive and is very healthy.
Cute Magny as always your projects are so inspiring! Happy Punk Rockish Easter Eggs!!! 😉 <3
